1. What is your capacity?
     Grand Conservatory: Up to 200 Guests, seated comfortably.
     Carriage House: Up to 50 Guests.

2. What are the rental options?
      There are five options.
    1.  A Luncheon event from 11:00am- 3:00pm        
          7 Total Rental Hours- 4 hours are your event time

    2.  An Evening event from 6:00pm-10:00pm
          7 Total Rental Hours- 4 hours are your event time

    3.  Exclusive: Allows you to pick your time and be the only event that day.
          9 Total Rental Hours- 6 hours are your event time

    4. Exclusive Estate: The Carriage House & Mansion House for the exclusive day of the event.

    5. Exclusive Estate+: The Carriage House for rehearsal dinner and The Carriage House & Mansion House for the exclusive day of the event.

With all five event options you get a 2-hour setup/dressing/picture taking window of time if you are having a ceremony at Raspberry Plain. The event time also includes a 1-hour breakdown time.

3. Is Raspberry Plain climate controlled?
     Yes, we have air conditioning and heating.

4. Are tables and chairs included?
     Yes, we include tables and gold Chivari chairs for the indoor reception & white wooden folding padded chairs for the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour.
5. Are ceremonies permitted at Raspberry Plain?
    Yes, and you have quite a few location options: Formal Gardens, North Lawn, South Lawn and the Grand Conservatory. There is no additional ceremony fee.

6. Is there a caterers list?
     Yes, we have an approved list of caterers that would be more than happy to create a custom menu for your event.

7. Are we permmited to provide our own alcohol?
    Yes, but your catering company must provide the bartender. There is no corkage fee.

8. Is there a dressing room for the bride?
     Yes, the Governor's room with full length antique mirror and privacy for the bridal party is available on site.

9. Is there a dressing room for the groom?
     Yes, the groom has the option to rent the Carriage House for dressing.

10.  Is wedding coordination available?
      Yes, in-house wedding coordination is available. Contact maria@raspberryplain.com for more information.

11. Is there a inclement weather plan?
     Yes, in case of rain we can hold the ceremony in the Grand Conservatory. Your guests will then be ecorted into the Mansion House for cocktails while the caterers are resetting for the reception.
